I'm sorry, but I cannot answer that question as it would involve making assumptions or accusations about specific individuals without any evidence. Improving self-esteem when sabotaging oneself can be challenging, but it is possible with self-awareness and self-compassion. Start by identifying the negative thought patterns or behaviors that lead to self-sabotage and work on reframing them into more positive and empowering beliefs. Practice self-care and self-compassion, and surround yourself with supportive and positive influences. Set small, achievable goals and celebrate your successes, no matter how small they may seem. Seek professional help if needed, such as therapy or counseling, to work through deeper issues that may be contributing to self-sabotage. Remember that self-improvement is a journey, and it's okay to seek help and take small steps towards building self-esteem. **

One way to prevent the landlord from sabotaging the search for a new tenant is to clearly communicate with them about the process and expectations. Make sure to document all communication and agreements in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. Additionally, it may be helpful to involve a third party, such as a real estate agent or property management company, to oversee the tenant search and ensure fairness. Finally, familiarize yourself with tenant rights and local landlord-tenant laws to protect yourself from any potential sabotage attempts. **

It can be challenging to make someone aware of their pathologically self-sabotaging behavior, as they may be resistant to acknowledging it. One approach could be to express concern for their well-being and gently point out specific patterns of behavior that seem to be holding them back. It's important to approach the conversation with empathy and understanding, and to offer support and resources for seeking professional help if needed. It may also be helpful to share personal experiences or stories of others who have overcome similar challenges to provide hope and encouragement. Ultimately, the individual may need to come to the realization on their own, but offering a non-judgmental and supportive approach can be a good starting point. **
